Carafe very difficult to clean. The main problem is that the lid of the carafe cannot be removed for cleaning, so you can't really wash it in the dishwasher. Bad design feature.

The position of the buttons can easily be pressed accidentally.

However, the item works. The container that holds the filter and coffee should be reworked. It is difficult to close the lid when the filter and the coffee grounds container are not perfectly aligned.

Perfect every time I've had another machine and the coffee wasn't hot. I ordered this one with perfect temperature and the coffee is great. What more could you want?

Good branded products. Having had this coffee maker for a year now, I can report that it makes coffee! It has held up well over the past year and I have no complaints except for the time it takes to make coffee and how much noise it makes. I use it with a timer so I didn't notice either at first. A couple of times shortly after purchasing it, I was awake before the timer waiting for the coffee to brew. It started at 6:30 and finished at 6:48! It was also loud! I have had many coffee makers over the years and I believe this one is the loudest of them all. Of course, since I have had it for a year now, I have cleaned it a few times and that has not changed the volume or the time it takes. Pros: The price is great for a 12 cup coffee maker with a timer. Cons: It takes forever to brew and it is very, very loud! I bought it because I needed a quick coffee after my old machine gave up the ghost. I am neither disappointed nor delighted. It is a solid machine from a good brand

months and it's junk! It started out as a great coffee maker but now 4 months later it doesn't work. It takes about 5 tries to get a cup of coffee, super disappointing!
