I answered my own question. I asked if I could make a frozen meal in it, and the answer was no, as it would probably take a very long time. I bought a new one this morning and made a Jimmy Dean's breakfast bowl in it, and it turned out great. It only took about an hour.

Check the screws inside. I had a small issue with the medal screws inside the top cover. They tend to rust, so be careful.
