Best ice cream maker ever. I just wanted to say it makes the best snow ever!!! I admit I bought it for my daughter. When she opened it I was very impatient and threw a few ice cubes in. They came out crispy which I didn't like but the next day I froze the water in the little bowls and waited seven minutes when I took them out of the freezer and put them in the ice cream maker. It made great fluffy snow, very soft just like outside, one hundred percent five stars but you have to let the freeze water in the bowls sit for seven minutes before putting it in the ice cream maker and don't use very strong pressure. Very easy, it might take a little longer but it comes out perfect. I just want to add that it makes perfect snow, cream, sugar, vanilla extract and snow and milk, so good

easy to use and my kids love it, my 9 year old son can use it by himself and it was the best Christmas gift. My kids love it and it makes great snow cones. I think it was definitely worth the money

It works well! It makes great shaved ice. The only criticism I have is that the molds for making the ice are made of hard plastic. It would be nicer if they were made of silicone because it would make the ice easier to remove. But that's a minor point. It seems well made, works well, and is easy to clean.

For my ice cream lovers, I just like to crush the ice in a bowl and grab a spoon. Gets the job done. The machine is loud if that's important to you, but that's only when you're using it, so 2 minutes max. Drain the water and it's easy to clean.

Loud but I like it. Very easy to use but very loud. I definitely recommend using the included cups for making ice cream. You can use ice cubes from your freezer but you will have to move them around a few times. My daughter and I like to make ice cream cones with it. My wife yells at us because of the noise.
