Great solution for limited freezer space We had a bulky ice cream maker that took up 1/4 of our freezer to get the container in the freezer, the insert scoops, etc. It made great ice cream but we gave it away because it totally took up the freezer. This FOUKUS like other FOUKUS products is brilliant, it literally shaves your frozen pint into fluffy snow! We put a banana or a bit of milk in the mix in cycle and it comes out creamy like those soft serve cones. Note that we use yogurt and sugar substitutes in our recipes…but we had great fun inventing and enjoying it. It is extremely loud and runs for several minutes…and you have to be very careful with the blades when installing and cleaning.

No regrets. Bought it for my mom as a gift. We were all surprised. Honestly, we weren't expecting much, but we are all delighted with how the first batch and subsequent batches went. All excellent. We used the machine twice a week for almost two months. All excellent and we still use the basic mix recipes that come with it. Buy it. I can't imagine you'll regret it. Soft serve ice cream in 20 25 minutes. Unbeatable

The cheapest non compressor machine on the market. If you need to make 4 or 5 liters of ice cream at a time, you should get a large and expensive machine with compressor cooling. Otherwise, this compact, robust and easy to use machine is perfectly adequate.

Great appliance… LIGHT AS HELL! We've made some wonderful desserts with this thing, but my god, it's loud. This appliance doesn't "make" ice cream. It's more of a great blender for rock hard frozen desserts, whipping them up, and adding toppings everywhere.

Make sure you put the pot in the freezer for at least 12 hours. Other than that, it's great. Like everything about the machine, it does a great job.

It works as advertised. Reading the reviews makes me wonder if people just don't know how to follow directions. The freezer tray needs to be frozen. The ice cream doesn't get as hard as the store bought but if you put it in the freezer it will get harder. I've made ice cream several times. Yes it needs cleaning and yes it's not fully automatic but it works. I prefer the machine with the built in compressor and maybe Zi will buy one. I'm not sure homemade ice cream is better but you know the ingredients and it's fun.

Good product but noisy. Works well. Very noisy when running. Outdoor use recommended.

Birthday gift. My daughter and grandchildren seem to like it. My daughter loves making healthy treats for her kids!

Works great. Easy to use and clean. Have had it for a few years now and it still works great. Just remember that your fridge needs to be set to minus 10 degrees. Then you won't have any problems making ice cream. I recommend this product.
