The LOW setting is more like medium on other fans, so I have to rotate it away from me more when I just want a light breeze in the bedroom. But it works fine and will blow strong if needed

This product did not come with remote control. and does not have a sleep mode. so I don't understand why I am being asked to rate these features. It is a basic three speed fan. with adjustable height. I have no complaints and would consider this product again if I should be in the market for a new fan.

There was a defect with the motor when I received the fan. Exchanging a couple of emails with Lasko, I received personal responses telling me that they are sending a new unit to me. No muss, no fuss. The replacement arrived within the same week. It's refreshing to deal with a company that takes care of its customers. Thank you Lasko. PS The fan works better than expected.

I bought this new lasso fan but still have my older one it has lasted for years!! I just wanted to make sure I had my new back up. I'm in Arizona where it is HOT these move the air conditioned air around the rooms and help relieve the AC so it isn't overworking highly recommend this Brand
