No instructions! It took me a while to figure out that the poles slot into a small, hidden opening in the corners. Once I figured that out, it was much more stable. It definitely had a very unpleasant smell when unpacking. It was taller than expected and offered plenty of storage space.

Nice laundry basket. It's a nice laundry basket. It looks great. My only complaint is that it's very deep, and I don't remove the insert, so it's difficult to get all the clothes out.

I'm very happy with my purchase! Easy to assemble, spacious, and sturdier than other laundry baskets I've had before. The laundry bag is included and easy to remove. I like the wood paneling on top. Overall, a great piece! I'll just iron the sides to get rid of the wrinkles.

Overall, good quality and design. High quality materials and workmanship. The bamboo top is very attractive with the shiny, heavy fabric. I'm very happy with it, except for the toggle that holds the bag in place. It's very delicate. Frustrating. It takes far too long to fasten the bag.
