ideal for a New York apartment My daughter lives in an old elevator-free apartment in the Lower East Side of New York. The building is an odd shape and the bedrooms are extremely small. Since she is a graduate, she needed a small desk that would fit in her small, oddly shaped room. We decided to try this desk. It fits perfectly. It's small enough to fit in, but big enough for her to sit at and use her laptop and take notes. The leg room is a little tight and the table top has a wood look to it that is quite obviously not real. BUT all in all, it's a great little desk for the money and a huge hit.

Perfect, except I'll probably have to buy different table legs. I mean, the table legs aren't the best, but for the price, this is pretty much a perfect table. Easy to assemble, solid wood, nothing is broken. It uses a part of my room that was taken up by a drawer, so now I have a good place to work. It's literally perfect.

Smaller than you think This is a great desk for small spaces. Do not sit or stand on it as it will likely break and do not over tighten the screws.

love this table. I made it into a dressing table. This product is great for the price. It is a beautiful table. I made it into a dressing table and I am just so happy.

Only 1 real issue: there are crossbars underneath the unit. These crossbars don't seem to provide any support to the structure at all, but I managed to kick them with my bare foot a dozen times in just a few days. The unit doesn't have much depth and these bars narrow the space even more. Annoying flaw in an otherwise good product.

Nice school desk. Good, simple table. It didn't take long to assemble and arrived quickly.

Shorter than promised. It was very easy to assemble. It seems sturdy and is good quality for the price. Unfortunately, the table top is about an inch shorter than the product specifications say, which is inconvenient since I ordered it to display something that has fairly precise measurements. I hope it still fits, but if not, the table is basically useless to me and returning it is a huge hassle.
