Does the job, what more could you ask for? I recently moved into my own apartment so this is the first toaster I've ever bought and for $20?! Of course this is a basic toaster but I haven't had any problems yet so it's worth the money!

Amazing! I ordered this product despite the negative reviews and I am very pleased! I have food allergies that require a separate toaster for my family and didn't want to spend a lot of money on a toaster, this one was just in my budget. I think the toaster's instructions say to run it through on high speed three times before using it, but honestly I did it four or five times just to be safe and haven't noticed any bad smells since. The only problem I have with this product is that a box of sugar packets fell on it and I still can't get one of the packets out months later :/

Great, inexpensive appliance. I finally have a toaster that toasts both sides of the bread. My old toaster only toasted one side of the bread and it was pretty new!
