Fast, quiet, and good quality. This product does everything I want in a good air fryer: it cooks quickly and quietly, the nonstick coating is essential, the internal heating element is reasonably accessible for cleaning, and although it runs on its own 15 amp circuit, you'll need 20 amps if it's running on a circuit shared with other appliances in the kitchen. Also, I'm having to relearn cooking entirely because my sense of how long it takes to cook a particular dish doesn't match up at all with the speed at which this appliance works. Yes, you can burn things in it until you get used to it. Everyone I know who has one has told me that eventually I'll be cooking most of my meals in it. I can foresee that as a possibility, but not a probability. My biggest regret so far is that if you rely on it exclusively to cook both a main dish and one or more side dishes, you inevitably end up cooking all of the dishes one after the other instead of at the same time. So by the time the second dish is done, the first is cold and needs to be reheated. I use the 4 quart version and find it's plenty for two people. There's a 10 quart version with two baskets that lets you cook two dishes at once, BUT for electrical safety reasons, the wattage of the circuit must be split between the two baskets, which increases the cooking time to about that of a gas stove. Bottom line: you'll like it, but it won't put your stove out of commission.

Update: I heard from FOUKUS! Update: Even though it was the wrong color, FOUKUS sent me a replacement basket and handle and now all is well and we love the fryer! Original post: Impossible to get support from FOUKUS. My air fryer handle broke and I couldn't find a replacement. FOUKUS never got back to me either other than an automated response that they received my request. Update: I finally got an email saying: Please note that the handle is not available separately as it comes with the air fryer basket. So I have to buy a completely new basket for a broken cheap plastic handle. No information on how to purchase it etc. I would just buy a different brand!

Space saving. I love this product. I don't know why I waited so long for it. It does everything it's supposed to do and more.

Finally I can make crispy French fries! It does what our oven can't. Have made French fries, frozen and freshly cut potatoes, toast, cookies, fish sticks, chicken, chicken wings, pizza, reheated pastries and so much more. Cooks great and fast. Haven't used the rotisserie yet.

I love it. It's overpriced, like all the others, but this one is very easy to use and the numerous settings are pretty self explanatory.

Buy this one. Save time. I've tried 3 others but this one is the best. Not the cheapest but the best. Big doors, big fan, easy to use, air fryer, pfft. It's a huge convection oven. I love mine.

LOVE IT! I was so scared to order it sight unseen. I usually like to order products I've already seen, touched and examined in person. This one had a no apology return policy so I crossed my fingers and ordered. I LOVE IT! I've been using it for several weeks now and I still haven't read the instructions so I'd say that's pretty user friendly!! It cleans like a dream, you barely have to wipe it down. The drip tray is much better than what I've seen on other models in stores and I've looked at a lot of them. Toast, let's talk about toast. It takes a little longer in it than a regular toaster or a small toaster oven. I suppose it has something to do with the size of the unit and having to heat a larger space. But it cooks evenly and patience is a virtue. I also like the size. They put as much space as possible into the cooking area while keeping the overall counter space relatively small. I'm so glad I took the risk. It ended up costing 10% less than my second choice in the store and I'm just very, very happy to have it.

I love it! Have used the rotisserie, air fry and bake functions so far. I love the results!
